What kind of paintings I can buy from Pan-Art?
As we are a company who has over 40 years of history in the oil paintings industry, Pan-Art provides all sorts of paintings, original oil paintings, fine art reproductions, paintings on panels, and paint according to your request.

How are your art reproductions being made?
Our art reproductions are hand-made with oils on canvas. We have many different artists do paintings for us, each of them has a unique way of painting, our paintings are given to the right artists according to their speciality.  Every single painting on our website are painted by our skillful artist.

Are your paintings framed? What is stretcher?
No, our paintings are not framed. Our painting needs to stretch on the wooden stretcher, or you can add frame optionally. The wooden stretcher and frame need to quote the price before order.  You can order just the painting itself, stretch and frame it by own.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We don't have any limits, you order can just be 1 painting.

Can I order some paintings in specific sizes?
Yes, you are welcome to order paintings in the sizes you need and order as many as you like, feel free to send us an email (sales@pan-art.com.hk) regarding your order, and we will send you an accurate quotation for it.

Does the reproduction look exactly like the pictures on your website?
The pictures on this website are the paintings that we have in stock (except for the ones that needed to order), the reproduction itself will look exactly like the picture, but there might slightly be a colours distortion on the pictures as the settings on each computer screen is different; for the sizes that needed to be ordered, there is a possibility that the reproduction would have a little variations comparing with the pictures as all of our paintings are hand-painted, but our artists will definitely do his best and to paint the painting as closest to the picture as possible.

Painting made from own picture need to pay before production ?
Yes, as our artist need to pay his own spirit, time, material to start a new painting. So, the customer should pay deposit ( at least half price of the painting) before the production. If the customer really not satisfy the painting even the artist had touched up, the deposit cannot be refund to the customer. 

Can I make an order with my own pictures? Do I need to send the pictures to you?
Yes, you can order with your own pictures, just simply send us the hard-copy pictures or the digital images.

How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are according to the sending methods you have chosen.

How should I order and pay for the paintings?
Please send email to  (sales@pan-art.com.hk) or call to +852 23760849 to make order. As each of the paintings is unique, our colleague will check the stock and reply you accordingly.  It is simple and safe to place for your ordered paintings at Pan-Art, just simply select what you like and follow the instructions.

How and when will my paintings be delivered?
Your chosen paintings will be packed nicely and being posted to you, we ship all over the world. Shipment & Tax will be pay by the customer.  

If you have chosen some in stock paintings, then it is down to the sending method you have chosen, normally, it takes 7-10 days to arrive; if the paintings are not in stock, then it will take around 3-8 weeks for production.
